Who am I ?

I grew up in Paris, France in a creative environment.  From generation to generation different Arts and Crafts have run through the family.

After working for ten years in business development, and with three children at home, I was ready for a change, education became my new passion.

I openned a Tzaaron and studied for two years, alternative education at the academia dialoguit with Dani Lasry. Slowly, I intergrated the teaching staff in Meitar School. For  five years, I worked in Meitar School teaching Arts and Crafts and creative projects.  These were rich and very important years for me. I discovered the gift of alternative teaching where the children and the teacher are both given room and recognition for their true self, where relations are very human and caring and where who you are is good.

Today, I work as an independent, and love it !! I teach arts and crafts to children and Adults in my studio and in other organisations. I advise and build yearly programs in the arts and craft field for different schools and afternoon schools. And other interesting projects.

I wake up in the morning curious to see, where creation, passion and enthusiasm is going to lead me today ?

גדלתי בפריס, צרפת, בסביבה יצירתית. אומנות ומלאכת יד עוברות מדור לדור במשפחתי.

סבא רבא שלי, מר. בטנד, עסק בפיסול בעץ ונגרות

סבתי מצד אמי, איידה מיי וואסל, עסקה באריגת שטיחי קיר (Tapestry)

אמי, אנטיגון פראדל, עסקה בעיצוב תכשיטי אופנה וכלי בית.

לאחר עבודה של עשר שנים בפיתוח עסקי, בד בבד עם גידול שלושת ילדי, החלטתי שהגיע הזמן לשינוי וכך חינוך הפך לאהבתי החדשה.

פתחתי צהרון ובמשך שנתיים למדתי באקדמיה הדיאלוגית לימודים אלטרנטיביים אצל דני לסרי. התקדמתי בנתיב החינוך והפכתי למורה מן המניין בצוות ההוראה בבי”ס מיתר. עבדתי במיתר במשך חמש שנים כמורה לאומנות ומלאכות יד ובנוסף כאחראית על פרויקטים באומניות.  חמשת השנים במיתר היו עבורי שנים חשובות מאוד בהן צמחתי והתפתחתי רבות. גיליתי את מתנת החינוך האלטרנטיבי, בו הילדים והמורה מקבלים מקום והכרה בעצמם האמתי, מקום בו מערכות היחסים אנושיות ומלאות בדאגה ואכפתיות. מקום שאומר: מי שאת זה טוב.

היום, אני עצמאית ואני נהנית מכול רגע!! אני מלמדת ילדים, נוער ומבוגרים אומנות ומלאכות יד בסטודיו שלי ובמספר מקומות אחרים. אני עובדת עם בתי ספר ומסגרות חינוך אחרות בייעוץ ובניית תכניות שנתיות בתחום האומנות ומלאכות היד. ובפרויקטים נוספים אחרים.

אני מתעוררת בכל בוקר סקרנית לגלות להיכן היצירה, התשוקה וההתלהבות יסחפו אותי היום?
